No. Read his review of the ep- you'll get it.

Gilligan is very very aware of Sepinwall. I'm not saying that's why he did it- but it's impossible they did that without the running joke in mind.

TODD GOAT

Todd is clearly pretty damn elite at the art of the burgle.

Today was my birthday and I ate a giant ass weed brownie and then decimated a Brazilian steakhouse so am feeling pretty damn happy so this might be effecting things - but tonight I thought "This is the best show ever".

I like this guy Todd

No I thought it was the best show ever too Didds. But I think that literally with every third breaking bad episode.

That makes so much more sense. I read his blog but didn't watch FNL, so I had no idea what you were talking about.

One of my favorite badass moments is the "that thing needs to be killed so I'm shooting it instantly" move. Don't think that wil ever get old.

Jesse clearly gonna go crazy now after witnessing the little kid's death----gonna be a liability now---Todd gonna have to kill him too

Todd becomes new Jesse---Walt and Todd do workkkkkk.

TODDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

Loved Mike in the scene with Lydia.

"If you get hysterical I will pull out my pistol and shoot you in the head."

haha this sounds incredible to me right now.

sometimes i feel like i'm the only one that just watches the show and enjoys it without trying to figure out how it ends or what's going to happen next. i understand that that's how others may enhance their enjoyment... just saying, i don't waste my time. and i'm actually a very analytical person in general! just not with tv shows/movies/stuff like that.

maybe because the last thing i want is to actually come up with what's gonna happen way down the road or some theory of the ending AND BE RIGHT. sounds awful! yet you got people who propose ******ed theory after ******ed theory, like monkeys flinging **** against a wall, just in case one sticks and they can go back later and quote themselves. whatever blows your hair back guys.

He's always been a loose cannon when children get hurt and it's no coincidence that he's found himself in this situation yet again. All hell is about to break loose, imo.

It's also worth noting that only Jesse really cares about an innocent kid being killed. As mentioned before, Walt can rationalize it like he does everything else, and Mike, well.. he's desensitized to pretty much everything and doesn't let emotions get the best of him. It's going to be the collateral damage from how Jesse reacts that shapes the remainder of the show.

Yeah I agree. I almost never try and guess the next step of a show. The only time I ever did with this show was guessing what already happened, with the Walt poisoning Brock. But that was just because it was all there, I usually just want the show to show me what is going to happen. I don't get any enjoyment from predicting what is going to happen.

I think you guys are right that they'll have to kill Landry, or possibly Walt kills Mike after they get the methylamine.

and this is the reason Breaking Bad is amazing. it has no bounds

I don't necessarily mean now, but Walt isn't going to leave a connection to this child murder out there forever.

I actually looked this up before I saw your post, so my apologies for the nittery. It's not a great capture, but after watching it 40 times trying to pause at the right moment, I can confirm that Walt is definitely shocked:

Dude, rewatch the scene. Walt was about to sneeze.

Yeah, I think this suggests Todd's history is way more interesting and/or violent than what we know of him so far.

****ing +1

I like to think about what's going to happen as much as the show invites me to in the moment- and I'll talk about that a lot. I don't like the Lost-ish stuff where you're reading websites and jacking off to zoomed in screen caps to solve the show.

Although zoomed in Huell stealing cigarettes was GOAT internet TV discussion

props to todd for taking care of business.

felt like it lasted 3 hours and I enjoyed every second of it

walt flinches as todd shoots.

meh. don't quite agree with clovis that anyone could do it with a few hours training but mehhh. edit. def good shot but don't think it's particularly noteworthy.

I don't know why you think this. Walt's operation is sorely in need of muscle.

This is the last shot of Walt in the episode.

He hits him centre mass. It was a perfect shot.
he flinches and then he's in the background standing and swaying a little after this shot. it's unclear he even notices todd pull the gun until todd fires.

there's no indication one way or the other, imo, that walt approves. I think he will approve, though.

Excellent.

Just two negatives for me:
1) Jesse yelling out "Bitch" seems like forced fan servicing (same as in the magnet ep)
2) Skylar scene was more of the same from last week and seems pointless.

btw- this means "TV Series ever" not "ep of TV ever".

I wouldn't be fully unhappy if they kept working capers into the bigger plotline.
