Correct. Kim's closing argument was that he should be shown leniency because he snapped and did something out of character. She obviously wasn't arguing that doctoring documents should be excused because he snapped. The suspension was for breaking and entering and destruction of property.

The confession Rod Handler was referring to was the one on the tape: "confessed to a felony which cost HHM a client."

I read heater's comment as correctly noting that you should not expect the punishment to be based on the taped confession because the defense theory is that it was made up to soothe Chuck.

hard to imagine the cartel doesn't take a casualty before BB.

Jimmy's plot shield blocked that part.

Better Call Saul - Season 3

But Chuck doesn't have a plot armor and I thought he was going to either commit suicide or die in a fire with all the focus on his lantern in this and previous episodes.

Or dialf as a previous poster wrote. I wish you could 5 star individual posts.

Hector and Gus butting heads is ongoing.

Nacho steals one of Hector's pills.

Hard to imagine Nacho isn't going to use that pill to **** Hector up in some way, maybe by himself, more likely with some help from Gus. Probably will take pill to a Dr. to find out what it is and then use that information to poison Hector/induce stroke by replacing meds or giving Hector some other substance that interacts with his meds badly.
Vets have pills which look just like Hector's...

Two things:

In the bottom of the Los Pollos truck, the drugs were buried in something reddish. I assume it's something with a strong scent to throw off any dogs. Chili powder, a wink to Jesse's original "secret ingredient"?

Being a fan myself, I liked that Jimmy and Kim were celebrating the commercial with a couple of Shiner Bocks.

Didn't really care for the laundry bit. It was clear in BB that the lab was built just for Walt; all the equipment was shrink-wrapped still. That did seem like a way to shoehorn Lydia into the show.

On the other hand, if they need to fumigate for bugs before opening, I've got just the guys for them.

Nacho is one of Hector's most trusted lieutenants and he's often within arm's reach. I can't imagine it would be that difficult to catch a glimpse of the label on the pill bottle. In fact, he may already know the name of it, especially if Hector takes it fairly often.

The lab was build by Gale and Gus was content to have Gale run it.

It was Gale that talked Gus into bringing Walter into the operation.

And he's got a long history of putting Gale through school right? Even if he didn't, theres nothing wrong with it as transporting the drugs from Mexico is obviously becoming an issue for Gus and he wants to be self sufficient.

Loved the lighting in Chuck's scenes (lantern-light drink with Howard; neon stroll after dark).

Loved Nacho's growing disenchantment with his current situation, even before Hector put his taint on his Dad.

Jimmy took to this Media Mogul stuff pretty quickly. Surprised he's going to stick with the law.

Maybe they will finally explain how the secret hidden drug lab under the washing machine managed to have a freight elevator.

Yeah, they're really setting it up for him to backstab Don Hector.

But the post that started this back and forth said the confession was regarding a felony that led to HHM losing Mesa Verde, and that confession was thrown out as not being a confession.

Someone on reddit pointed out that the first incarnation of Saul-as-director is pretty Gilliganesque lol

Yeah, he was not happy that he had to beat the hell out of Krazy-8.

Kind of a different feel between Jimmy and Kim when he tells her,
"When I can't come up with my end, we'll talk about closing this place."

Also the look on her face when she saw the Saul Goodman commercial.

I was thinking cinnamon, or Los Pollos Hermanos secret chicken rub.

I don't know what you don't get here. The laundry facility doesn't come with a state of the art meth production lab. That was something Gus/ Lydia build new after they acquire the property and have a front running.

Lol great RLM reference.
