I didnt even notice the eyes stayed shut, missed that one. They changed most if not all of the segments last night, which afaik is a first.

Most of the time they change just one or two to reflect the changes for the character the actor being named is going through, using abstract symbolism. Its my fave credit sequence of any show because of it.

Would have been cooler if she just blew his brains all over her snatch. I thought there was a good chance she was a goner at some point this season seeing as she was in quite a few True Detective episodes (tits too), every other episode I was like OK here's where she gets it. Happy I was wrong.

Job is without a doubt the best character in the show, in my opinion. I guess it speaks volumes I can't get enough of a wise cracking Korean drag queen.

I think Nola is going to come back and run things more so than Chayton. Chayton runs the Kinaho gang and is more the overt outlaw type than Nola.

I loved the Rabbit story arc ending but I didn't like the last 15 minutes nearly as much. I think they should have had a longer last episode, they tried to pack too much in at the end. Still love the show. Other than the episode where Carrie got out of jail, this show never disappoints.

If you like Banshee and haven't checked out Strike Back (another Cinimax production) you should. Like Banshee it can seem a little silly at times but also like Banshee it has some sick action scenes and loads of titties.

Strike Back is awesome as hell. I think they have 1 more season and they're done. So, it should be really freaking good.

Does strike back get better? Watched 1 ep and almost turned it off. Not a huge fan of warstories

Ep 1 of the US version, or the BBC version? If it's the BBC version, then read up on it then watch the US version. The US version is badass throughout.

I've liked both versions a lot. Stick with it.

I'm shocked how many people quit stuff after 1 episode.

Me too. I enjoyed it all, but the US version was all gung-ho from the start.

Yeah the british version (the first first season) wasn't as good and you don't even really need to watch tbh.

Just starting season 1 and I noticed my On Demand lists seasons 1 & 2 plus 6 or 7 episodes of "Strike Back Origins" (season zero or O). Is that the British version or something different?

Strike Back Origins is the British version it starts before the Cinemax version but you don't need to watch it unless you want to.

Got a few eps behind, my biggest gripe/question is how can Emmett walk into the cells and beat the sht out of the dudes, leave 'em alive and just walk away and face any legal repercussions? It's even harder to comprehend considering Brock found out about it.

I have a couple other wtf's, but then I remembered it's Banshee and ridiculous things happen 10x per episode so never mind haha.

The end of the final ep was pretty awesome, good season.

If he had stayed a cop, he would have been suspended for a few weeks with pay. Totally standard.

I typed out a response, but then I realized that's a solid level.

Just caught up on this show, really enjoyed it.

One question that nobody may remember - just before Racine died, did he say that they didn't even know Hood's real name/identity when they arrested him? Had trouble making it out.

Yes. No one knows who Hood was, including Ana indicated when it turns out he either was a solider or played a soldier previously. It is probable Rabbit did.

It isnt even clear he is originally American (he probably is, though), the scene where he is mocking Olek for not integrating more could be interpreted as him integrating. Though he wouldnt have been Ukrainian unless he spent years pretending he couldnt speak the language.

No, I always like myself. I have many redeeming virtues.

Lili Simmons is so hot she makes my eyes roll back in my head. And her Uncle Kai is probably my favorite character. I ****ing loved him taking a bat to those bully Indians.

How does Anna not tell Hood Rabbit visited her immediately upon her release. Also how does nobody in this sleepy town start wondering who the hell this flamboyant Asian transvestite friend of the sheriff is.

You're approaching the show in the wrong way.

No, you took my questions the wrong way. I'm on Banshee's side. But now I wonder if you are.
