I do not have Skype, sorry. Are we just drafting till everybody is gone, or limiting ourselves to a smaller number?

I have 5 or 6 choices ready to go, but I imagine some of those will be taken quickly, so I need to reexamine some potential candidates.

Someone not participating in the draft will randomize the list of participants. We will then draft in a snake draft order.

So let's say the rand ends up: Thingyman, bigtuna, Melvinvanhorn

Then we would take turns drafting like this:

Melvinvanhorn
bigtuna
Thingyman
Thingyman

and so on

And we'd start off drafting 1 person, but since there are 90 people and we only have one week (plus a good portion of these aren't contenders), at some point I think we should switch to picking 2 people turn - and towards the end, probably even more than that. Though we can also limit how many of them we pick. Maybe we say we only pick 60, 70 or 80 of them.

If we go with picking 60 people, that's 20 people per drafter, if it's only us 3.

If we make the last 30 double picks, then that's 45 draft picks in total we need to get through in one week aka 15 rounds. I think that sounds good?

Sounds good. I would think maybe 3 rounds of single picks, 3 rounds of double pick, 3 rounds of triple pick, etc. or something until we expend the list. That's only like 4 rounds or something.

Once we expend the top 10-15 it becomes mostly a crapshoot anyways.

I sort of disagree, I have a deeper list than that :P

Could we do this:

5 rounds of single picks
2 rounds of double picks
2 rounds of triple picks

That's 9 rounds and gets us to 60 with 15 people on each team.

For now, we won't have any hard deadlines. We all know this needs to get done fast -- before next week. So just try to check in regularly and always make a pick if you see it's your turn, don't procrastinate.

And we can make changes if we need to pick up the pace, but for now let's do this: 5 rounds of single picks, 2 rounds of double picks and finally 2 rounds of triple picks.
