It's just that international shipping costs seem to always kill the deal, and I've tried a few times.

For example, I just priced a 1 lb.* large envelope to Australia via USPS First Class Mail (cheapest class), and it's about $10.50. Would you pay... $22.50 for this book, shipping included?

I do still have that book, mrj1966. It's completely readable. Just some light brown coffee stains on several pages.
