I was going to say the same thing about new hitting coach = more patient at the plate, lol.

Howard comes up huge again, he's really kept us afloat lately.

First and second, nobody out now, let's blow this thing all the way open right here.

Yeh Victorino walking in that spot was probably pretty rare imo.

Werth starting to turn it around?

New batting coach leading to wins and more runs?

Moyer on the DL means we no longer have to deal with his starts 20 % of the time?

Halladay and Cole starting to look like a devastating 1-2 punch?

Me really overreacting to one game?

All probably yes imo.

But really, its nice to see the bats come alive. And btw, well done yesterday KK, its gotta be tough being sent down and up in a week like that.

God I hope that the bats are coming alive, past three games have been good so hopefully we can keep it going.

It'll be interesting to see how Happ looks coming back, and obviously hugely valuable if we could get him back and pitching well.

I <3 Jamie but don't really want him pitching for us for the rest of the year.

Rockies are in a bit of a funk right now and Arizona is dreadful, so maybe we can spin this into a tear that gets us back close to the Braves (as the LOLMetts inevitably fall out of relevance.

Rut roh, bases loaded one out and the Braves are winning to make matters worse.

C'mon Happ, pitch us out of it imo.

Edit: Alright, gave em one, not the end of the world.

Sam P-aments. If nobody is going to get fire his pathetic ass can the players just agree to run thru stop signs?

So frustrating. I really like Manuel going with the quick hook on Happ as well as he seemed to be struggling and wasn't lasting much longer.

He goes with Ibanez and it works like a charm with a leadoff double, then Rollins comes up with a line drive base hit and somehow we don't tie the game. So tilting.

Seriously, where can I send in my application to be the new 3rd base coach? Perlozzo is the biggest pussy on the planet when it comes to sending guys. Hell I'd put some of the blame for the lack of run production on him and his stop signs.

The Marlins helped us out, so we got a good chance to cut it to 5 if we can come back and pull this one out. Gogogoogogoogog bats imo.

Jimmy! Fouled off a million pitches then a sick line drive to tie the game.

Ugh, unlucky from Shane, he ripped that pitch and if it was anywhere else we have the lead. Still got a chance with Jimmy in scoring position and the big man up.

Also, <3 how Madson got the big strikeout to keep it a one run game.

I'd hold Jimmy here if I were Perlozzo, it's hard to score from 3rd with 2 outs.

I suppose that's one way to circumvent the stop sign.
