So we got the Titans D-line coach, Jim Washburn. Consensus seems to be he is one of if not the best D-line coach in the league so yay i guess. I wonder if they will look at Haynesworth when Wash cuts him?
Thinking next D-coord will be from on of the final 4 teams left. If it was Jauron there really is no reason they wouldn't have promoted him by now. Really want no part of Jim Mora.
I trust Andy with personnel decisions (like getting the Vick thing 100% right when everyone thought he was crazy), but my first reaction to Haynesworth is "no thanks."
The only way Haynesworth would be ok w/ me is if they signed him for such little money that they could cut him at the first sign of trouble without blinking an eye.
Maybe Andy wants to change to the 3-4? This article hints at it - and Brandon Graham would apparently like to move to OLB in the 3-4.
I doubt it b/c of the CBA issues (there is a chance free agency doesn't even happen this year) and they just hired a D-line coach that has coached in a 4-3 for the last 12 years.
I dont see a nose tackle anywhere on this roster, unless they planned on drafting one, I dont think they have the personnel to make the change. Plus this team has alot going for it moving into next year and making a huge change like that could be counter productive.
I have heard talks about some sort of 4-3/3-4 hybrid and mixing it up a bit. I dont really know what that means but we will see.
Mike Miss started a rumor about Mike Pettine being the target for the DC job, I got very excited by that even though I knew it was unfounded. Pettine was the HC for my HS team, North Penn. But he squashed that rumor pretty quickly calling it a lateral move, Im pretty sure he will be holding out for a HC job down the road.

Wow I never realized he has risen that high in the coaching ranks. When I was in high school his dad was destroying everyone at CB West
ESPN reporting that the Eagles will place the franchise tag on Vick for next season, which will mean about a $20 mil 2011 for him, or a whole lot for his creditors. They are going to entertain offers for Kolb but why the hell would they trade them unless they get some kind of godfather offer for him? He will cost only 1.4 mil.

Schaub went for two 2nd rounders so I'd imagine they are looking for something like that or obviously a 1st. Even A.J. Feeley got them a 2nd from Miami.
Yes but that Feeley trade was masterful, thats the type of trade you dream about pulling off.
I dont think we can get the price paid for Schaub, but Im sure they are shooting for that or more. Just bc he only cost 1.7mil doesnt mean he isnt worth trading.
