I think hes frustrated because the same issues that helped sink this team the last two seasons (weak interior OL, lack of secondary receivers outside Edelman/Welker and Gronk) are alive and well through two games. Plenty of time to fix it, but the guys we were hoping to step up (Vereen, Dobson, Amendola) barely played, barely played, and basically never got thrown to and is seemingly evolving from talented but brittle to available but terrible. LaFell should be cut when Tyms returns from suspension, he sucks.

Stork at least got his feet wet today and wasn't bad at first pass.

Interested to go back and check what they adjusted on defense after the first drive. I really liked Revis on Jennings given the Vikings personnel, thought they might do that with Hartline last week. Speed guys can get Revis a bit with the tighter rules but he will completely destroy a guy like Jennings man up and create favorable matchups elsewhere on defense

Jones needs to stay on the end of the line, different player there. Game plan against Miami was puzzling to say the least. Siliga also looked better today.

With the quasi bye next week, should be back on track.

When can the Pats end the Amendola experiment? (From a cap perspective)

Is there any hope he removes his head from his ass?

Next year, although they will still have dead money. He hasn't been the same since the groin injury in last years opener.

Offense should get better with Gronk and Dobson back to playing full-time and Stork getting experience. This team will very likely win the division, hope they peak late this year. The offense has plenty of talent, I love how they can be gameplan specific with their RBs (yay Ridley).

Agree on LaFell, though I guess his ST contributions help. Meh, the team's success won't be dependent on who the #4 WR is.

Jones needs to stay there, I get that I have 1/1000000000000th of BB's football knowledge, but anyone can see how he should be utilized. Dynamic player.

Oakland should be a cakewalk. Worst team in football.

I think they got gameplan specific with backs yesterday in part because they didn't like Vereen running OOB a yard short of the first down on the first series yesterday.

You think? Vereen is great, but given they went with 6 OL and they planned on running more between the tackles, Ridley >>Vereen. If the running OOB was the reason, so be it.

Maybe not, Im speculating, and I think they'd have given Ridley a bunch of snaps regardless. Just didn't see the real need for Bolden to get some of the early down snaps that he got.

Where do you guys think Gronk is at right now? 80%? Talk is he's on a snap count for at least another 2-3 weeks. Is it mostly for him to get his conditioning back?

I don't think he fully trusts the knee, which isnt uncommon in ACL injuries. Doesn't have his normal explosiveness yet and, IMO, not quite getting off jams like he normally does.

I will know Gronk is back when he has a 30 yard reception down the seam. Same play as he got injured on.

ugh Dobson inactive. Healthy Scratch 2 of 3 weeks??

Hope its some kind of fitness issue as I really expected a big year from him.

Going to have to do something other than dink and dunk in the passing game. Everyone is taking it away so unless they start throwing some intermediate passes this offense is toast.

Unless things change quickly somehow, this team isn't beating good teams this year without a lot of luck. Wow at this offense. Can't put in on Brady either as he has no time and no playmakers.

I'm gonna go Salva if this **** keep up!

If devey is your best option at guard then it is legit over. Commiting penalties, giving up sacks or getting blown up on run plays. He has the trifecta of suckage. No wonder brady is sulking. Imagine having to trust that turnstile To protect you.

Brady is a proud man. Watching him play bad football and the toll it takes on his psyche is just making these games depressing, even in wins.

On a positive note: we won't have a salary cap crunch worrying about having to sign Solder or Revis to big money contracts. **** em both as neither are worth anything near what we figured they would get paid before the season started.

How do dozens of losers on the internet recognize since game 1 that Devey sucks, yet it takes 2.5 games for the Pats coaching staff to figure it out?

On a positive note Hightower has looked legit so far this season. Likely their best player over 3 games imo.
