HOU lost to the Clippers last night. Several HOU players, including Paul and Harden, charged into the Clippers locker room after the game because they were pissed off about something. We are the next game on HOU's schedule, so if any suspensions happen, they would likely be for our game with them on Thursday. HOU is 5-5 in their past 10 games.

What seemed unthinkable about a month ago could be happening. We have been the best team in the NBA over the past month. If we continue to play like this, we could be looking at a #2 seed. That would mean if we win in the 1st round of the playoffs, we would not face GS in round 2. We could be looking at playing GS in the WC finals this season.

#2 seed seems very unlikely, but I’d love to play a thinner Houston squad.

yeah, Teague was terrible that game. DJ Augustin doesn't even need a screen to get by him.

Teague's D is kind of interesting in that he's getting a lot of steals but his effort is just the worst ever.

I missed the game last night, but I just read about it and watched highlights. I dont know how we did it, but we beat probably the 3rd best team in the NBA (TOR) without Jimmy Butler, with Towns only taking 7 shots and playing only 28 minutes due to foul trouble, it looked like no one had a particularly great game, we lost the lead late in the game, we gave up 40 points to Lowry and we missed 10 FTs.

We have not lost more than two games in a row all season. I had thought this would be our 1st 3 game losing streak. Great win!

I hope Jimmy's knee is ok.

Wiggins was huge. MGH played big minutes and had some big plays down the stretch.

29 pts on 11-21 isnt anything too far from ordinary. He must have played good D too? Teague certainly didnt.

MGH seems to be a good defender and might actually be a legit 3rd wing on this team.

Not sure who you’ve been watching this year if you think Wiggins shooting over 50% from the field is typical, but yes, he had other big plays as well. He had a massive oReb in crunch time for example.

smh. Did I say Wiggins shooting over 50% is typical? No. I said it isnt far from ordinary. Its obviously a good shooting game for Wiggins. His typical shooting on average is way less than ordinary and that isnt just this year, its his whole career. He takes way too many bad shots. 11/20 is good for a single game, but 55% is nothing you dont see fairly often from good players. There are currently 10 players in the NBA shooting better than 55% for the whole season. Towns is shooting .541 this season. Wiggins had a good (for a good player), great (by his ****ty standards), shooting game at 11/20. Is that more clear? Why do you feel the need to lash out like this?

I saw an interview of Jimmy Butler where the subject of Wiggins came up. Jimmy is very high on Wigg's talent, saying he is the most talented player on the team, but says he's playing at about 40% of his potential. Butler thinks he will have a positive impact on how good Wiggins will become.

Although that seems like a rhetorical question, yes, it’s more clear. I’m not sure about “lashing out,” but I can think of a sports-related reason for my saltiness from last night, so I’ll take your word for it. It was unintentional.

Wiggins could be phenomenal if he would quit taking long twos early in the shot clock and hustle defensively 100% of the time.
