I'm not completely sold on Shane being that much more than a big arm.

really should have bit the bullet and just did it. Probably would have been best for Denard too.

Denard used properly last year would have been better, but obviously that's not really an option. Using devin like so is obviously better than the stupid offense we ran so often last year.

Hopefully we can run this score up pretty big in the first half and allow Shane to get a majority of the snaps in the second half.

that's gotta be the goal. and getting the freshmen a ton of carries too.

I wanna see a few things today:

1. The interior OL dominate-- they held up fairly well last week but I have a few concerns, especially on the left side. It'd be nice to Glasgow and Miller really get a good push against an inferior opponent.

2. Jehu Chesson involved in the passing game-- having a solid option split wide would make this offense unstoppable

3. DL show up-- specifically, I really want to see us get consistent pressure with 4

4. James Ross continue to improve-- if he can, our linebacker rotation is going to be excellent when Jake Ryan comes back

5. Freshmen secondary members playing a lot-- continue to get some experience to improve the depth even more

Our TE. He's pretty good.
Michigan Football: HARBAUGH Quote
09-14-2013 , 12:15 PM
he's a weapon for sure. been criminally underused so far, i assume a lot of that was him being a freshman, a little overweight and not great at blocking.

but he HAS to dominate going forward.

Clark almost killed him

Funchess has still looked lost in blocking schemes so far this year even. If he can get that corrected he'll be the complete TE. Butt has looked pretty good as well. Bunting coming in. We are gonna have some monsters at the position for the foreseeable future.
