who else is a starting caliber player on offense? 2-catches-per-game fasano? certainly none of the WR are starting caliber. tannehill has more turnovers than TDs.

could go on but you get the point. you may be right about Tannehill, but your argument against him is awful. "This guy sucks.. oh yeah our offense has no starters on it and he's in the same class as some of the top 30 QB's of all time in his rookie season" isn't exactly going to win you any debates.

BTW, Fasano would start on a lot of teams including a few playoff teams.

RG3, Luck, Wilson all don't seem to have a problem showing off their skills with mediocre or bad supporting casts. They make the players around them better, instead of blending in with the ****tiness. Hmm.

Tannehill is at 12:12 right now and was always considered rawer than those guys. He hasn't thrown a pick in 4 games. I've been pretty happy with him so far. Overall I think were in a good position to make a run next year. We have a lot of cap space and need to land some redzone threats in FA.

Time to let Jake Long go. He's been regressing and is no where near worth the $10 mill/year it'll take to resign him. I'd much rather get a Mike Wallace or Bowe for that money and stick with Martin at LT.

umm TD/INT ratio comparison would be good since its the most telling combo of stats for how skilled a QB is IMO

Been meaning to post in here for a few days.. Probably shouldn't be all too excited after what happened to the eagles last year after going nuts in free agency. That's not stopping me though lol. Hopefully tannehill goes absolutely nuts this year with all these new weapons.

Also, thoughts on moving Martin to LT for good if we don't end up resigning Long? I'm really not a fan of that plan. I like Martin, but don't think he is a legit LT in this league. He got beat a lot last year in Long's absence.

Jeff Ireland redux 2. He is great at signing players to big contracts and getting rid of them 2 years later. Everybody is so happy that he got rid of Dansby and signed Ellerbe. Who signed dansby to that big contract in the first place? Now that sean smith is gone, and Jake long could be, how many of Irelands draft players are actually good and still on the team, 0?
