Yeah, I saw those stats tonight on Twitter. I feel pretty good about that. I foresee some big games from our offense. Just need our starting pitching to do their job.
I feel like either we will romp, win in a close series, or lose in a close series. I don't think them romping on us is likely. I base this on nothing but gut feel.
I don't agree with that premise. I would not do anything that pushed Ventura back off his regular rest. Make it as likely as possible he pitches twice if needed. More time off might be good for Cueto, plus he is used to pitching in NL parks.
I'd go same as Toronto with:
Volquez
Ventura
Cueto
Young
I kind of have same feeling about Cueto. He is used to NL parks. Between like 2012 and 2015 before traded, didnt he have like second lowest ERA in the National League behind Kershaw? I am pretty sure I read that correctly a while back. American league is always the strongest, so maybe the move to the AL is what hurt Cueto...it has happened before. Maybe Cueto against the NL in an NL park would be perfect for him. But what do I know. Just a thought.
