Couple of notes from last night. Jackson agressively charging that line drive in the 4th keeping the bases loaded, will be one of those plays that will get over looked. Also, didn't see it live (3rd shifter) but from the replay Jeters fly ball in the 8th sure seemed similar to the Maier play from 96. Was that the case live or were you guys more whew 3 more outs to go?

Reyes has a -3.2 UZR/150 vs. Peralta's 10.7. Peralta also made 18 more plays out of the zone than Reyes in about 150 more innings so it isn't like Reyes was showing greater rage than Peralta.

And yeah last night was beautiful. Usually when I put in a 10+ hr session of poker I have dreams about poker. Last night all my dreams were about the Tigers. So glad I woke up and last night still happened. As soon as I wokeup I was like...we won! lol

Winning a world series would be a great way to ensure we get great bat, even though im confident we will anyway.

We ran awful facing the (2nd) best team in the MLB in the opening round. Wouldn't mind some rungood when we get to the World Series.
