Just went to the dentist for the first time since I was in high school 7ish years ago. I had a filling fall out a few months ago and it finally started really bothering me so I had to go in. Luckily for me my blue cross insurance doesn't cover dental.

$222.00 to get a ****ing filling. That's ****ing insane. I honestly thought it was gonna be like $80.

And to top it off I miss another tigers game due to softball tonight. Im really thinking about sitting out the games and letting some of our scrubs get 2 full games in so i can chill and listen to the game. The whole right side of my face is numb and im not allowed to eat for the next 5+ hours so i have a built in excuse.

I didn't even know I didn't have insurance until I was done. The lady told me she'd check for me and after im done she's like, "your insurance only covers medical, it'll be $222."
