Don't they usually get shut down like 15 minutes in then you have to scramble to find a new one, then that one gets shut down for copyright violations also? That's my experience anyway.

My friend who recently graduated from CMU said that Mt. Pleasant doesn't get blacked out. On the map it looks like they might though which is weird but he was watching all of the games last year.

Definitely heading up there tomorrow to watch and potentially gamble it up.

Also I thought the radius was only supposed to be 75 miles? Isn't Saginaw area over 100 miles away from Ford Field? I'm quite confused on the rule here because Saginaw is in the red section of the map as well.

Pretty sure the problem is with the broadcast station. Flint is less than 100 miles from Detroit, and we still get WSMH from Flint, so the area in red is the entire area that gets WSMH service, or the Lansing Fox affiliate.
