Really exciting day for the Browns fans. I think Evans might actually be a better fit in complementing Gordon but I take Sammy if he is there. A lot of smoke screens being put out but I think the Browns have a decent shot at Bridgewater at pick 26. Then with so many picks that the Browns have they can pick up a good RB. Sankey would be a nice pick up. If Bridgewater works out the Browns could get really right with this draft.

the ****ing mental roller coaster of the last few hours...

in the end, and I guess I'm not 100% positive of the mid round picks we switched, we got:

- the #1 cover corner in the draft, consensus top 10 player

- JOHNNY ****ING FOOTBALL

- the bills #1 next year (which, let's be honest, almost certainly is top half of round 1)

and still have the 3rd pick tomorrow, and another (the earlier one right? 71?) 3rd rounder tomorrow..

so in conclusion, our corners are going to be seattle's corners and most likely a top 3 cb duo for many years (and whitner to teach them wily vet typa ****), WE HAVE JFF (!!!!!), and we still add most likely either one of the dropping wr's (latimer? marquise lee?? holy **** move up from 35 RIGHT NOW, toss in a 5th or some **** and get a WR too omg) or just straight BPA tomorrow...

the roller coaster of last night. just, wow. moving down and missing on sammy, moving up to draft a corner...if you bet me $1,000 in the moments after the words "select justin gilbert", that I would be totally pumped this morning, I would have been making a trip to the atm.

I don't post a ton in SE but I've been a Browns fan since I started rooting for football (the Kosar days). I'm old enough to have watched and remember the Drive, the Fumble, and then the third AFC title loss to the Broncos (that game never did have a catchy name).

Everything you said. The players could turn out to be trash, but at least they finally seemingly made fantastic moves wrt value and equity...WHILE addressing needs.
Oh: they traded one of the 3rds to PHI to move up from 26 for JFF.

If they stay put at 35, they're guaranteed one of Mathews, Lee, or Lattimer. Not so bad.
