The wrong team is favored this weekend. Tampa should beat us

Where to begin...
Jake Matthews had a bad game... gave up a sack, had a hold, and a false start
Sanu had some drops but looked *okay*... certainly better than Roddy looked at any point last year
Those two TD passes we gave up in the 3rd were pretty inexcusable, but again, we're starting waiver wire fodder at safety til Keanu Neal gets back. Hopefully he improves the back end of the defense.
But the primary problems are 1) We suck at tackling (see Sims' TD catch where 4 guys had him surrounded and he still scored), and 2) We still don't have a pass rush. Until those two things are fixed we aren't doing anything.

We just don't have any direction and if I can only hand one pink slip out today it's Shanahan. His RZ play calling does not put us in the best position to succeed. He single handedly creates situations where the action shouldn't be forced based on his play calling down there the few previous plays.
Dimitroff 2nd on the list and I've been a huge defender of that guy.

Falcons firing Shanahan is inevitable. I think Ryan was in the no huddle for like 2 plays today. Just ridiculous.
For real should just let Ryan choose whoever he wants as OC

It really is insane that you can pull up tape on Ryan running the no huddle and absolutely shredding defenses but they refuse to use it. Baffling.

We are totally going to lose our first six games the only thing I'm not sure about is if we could beat the Chargers at the dome

vic beasley had the best game of his career. 2 tackles and 1 sack!
seriously though I didn't even remember his sack until I saw on twitter that he got credit for it when Carr ran out of bounds at the goal line. For real? Obvs that was our only sack.
Thought what won us the game was the effective ground game and defense showed up in first half to hold oakland to 7 so that when their offense got clicking in the 2nd half, it was too much to overcome for them. Matt Ryan played well too, really spread the ball out well - he's #2 in the NFL passing yards only by 2 yards. We had some luck on td on the ricochet.
I had this game totally marked up as a L so 1-1 now isn't bad. Man if we can get a W in NO next week, that would be awesome. Who knows about Carolina, Seattle, and Denver. Maybe we could be 3-3?
I'm all about the 1-2 punch of Freeman and Coleman. Our TE's stepped up too. Great team win.

Yea I didn't see Vic make a play all game. Dude is a huge bust at this point imo. Just incredible we're going on like 4 years with a non-existent pass rush.
Ryan needs to stop forcing it in the redzone jesus.
2-4 start wouldn't be the worst thing

Great win tonight. That's how the offense should look every week.
Matt was excellent, and is quietly the number 1 QB in the NFL according to QBR
Freeman and Coleman are as good a running back committee as any in the NFL, and I'd rather have both of them over any one lead back that's out there.
I know the Saints D is terrible. We'll find out how for-real we are with this stretch coming up.

Deion Jones knocking that prancing showboat ***** Cam Newton out of the game was immensely satisfying for me

We just went into a top-3 team's house and beat them soundly.
Who's got a better offense, Atlanta or a full-strength Pittsburgh?
I'll take our offense
Vic Beasley with 3.5 sacks, defense played great today.
