Who to keep in 12 man keeper league?

This is are second year for are keeper league. We have 12 teams and get to keep 1 player from the round they where drafted last year. These are the players and rounds from last years draft I am considering.
Peyton Manning Round 1
Roddy White Round 3
LeSean McCoy Round 4
LeGarrette Blount Waivers so last pick.
I have the 4th pick in this years draft. I am leaning towards White but McCoy will probably go first round. Im considering Blount just because I would still get all of my picks. Any advice would be great.

McCoy is the only guy on that list who goes in the first round of redrafts

Would it be a bad thing to keep Blount since I do not lose a draft pick and Pick up McCoy or better as my forth pick?

Either is legitimate. I would definitely have it be one of those two. If you're in a PPR its definitely McCoy. Non ppr I could see either being a good decision.

McCoy in the 4th is pretty good value imo.

Can't look past Blount. Ironically I've got both Blount and McCoy in my keeper in the same rounds. Both good but I think that getting Blount for a last rounder is too good to pass on
