Well yeah having larger rosters means top players ownership % will be higher. That is fairly common in other sports too (sometimes you'll see 80%+ in NBA). I saw two main issues today. 1 specific to the day, 1 with rules.

1. Pricing was too soft. It was really easy to build a dream team and avoid almost any tough decisions.

2. Cross/corners are way OP. Get rid of corners ffs. It is frustrating but I know tons of people out there are playing super exploitably by undervaluing it. Ritchie had a so so game with no scorepoints and he had 28 lol. This generally means mids are easily best value. Lead the line strikers can never compete with the easy points and ridic high floors guys like albrighton.

And due to a combination of these, all you had to do today was decide which 4 or preferably 5 of mahrez, albrighton, payet, tadic, brady, and willian you wanted to play (throw ritchie in for early slate).

Ya pretty much. Thing that sucks is all the good players from before had a strategy along these lines. Now all the bad regs have realized how good set piece takers are. You basically auto lose if you don't pick them. Before there was at least enough variance that the gen public mostly overlooked them and chased the mythical score points and form carrots.

In the long run this is going to obliterate win rates since research now is just sort by crosses and player cards are way more representative of players avg points.

They obviously can't change the scoring again this season. Sucks but it is here for a while at least.

Yeah that is true DS. The changes have overpowered the players that were already good value. I used to never see anyone but regs playing guys like Brady. Last season I had a real hard on for Albrighton and he went from basically not owned at all to moderately owned but still undervalued.

Yeah, the worst part is, I'd like to play tomorrow but cash games are worthless since they're all 10 and 20 man games. Half the field are going to have almost identical lineups

not only players like Brady and Albrighton table pounding plays in a vacuum, they're 40% underpriced on top of it. It's absurd.

yup. It's absurd the best players right now are those that take set pieces and hit the first man 7 times a game.

Hold out hope that there's a chance they could change the scoring when the UK is able to jump on DK

16-0 was a bit extreme for Bournemouth corner supremacy.

Be interesting to see if Fanduel launch a soccer product anytime soon now that they have applied for a UK licence and what format they go with.

To sterling or not to sterling, that is the question

Just one team only entered, two or three fixtures is just thin pickings for differential. Sterling can be hit and miss, still young and with big potential.

I am missing the full weekend sweat with all the fixtures, seeing your team creep up to the top on Sunday afternoon is nice.

Yes, that will be interesting to see Fan Duel's scoring format and game play. It will be a congested field with all these platform's and playing them.

I tend to separate sites which allow captain bonus scoring and those with detailed scoring without captain and those that stick closer to FPL format.

Except Matchday Fantasy and Football Fanager, think most sites are up and running in the UK now.

I do and there is a lot of sites out there with their own game play & scoring. Mondo is ahead in diverse leagues and competition's offered with bigger prize pool.

The beauty of playing across all sites is you can win in one site, cash out and deposit in the other. Your bankroll is diversified and as bonus you get good practice honing your skills. So the more sites the merrier in my eyes.

Yes, there is no amount of homework that can help you in this regard. Players coming off early, others coming off the bench to score big.

Currently most fwds are completely awful in dk. Overpriced badly because of old scoring . Basically just find the cheapest fwds possible and load up on set piece takers.

I don't know for sure, but I would guess Dzeko would start.

He missed the two most recent qualifiers through injury as far as I know. Maybe Teamfeed have read too much into him not playing those.
