14 team league, no ppr. Start one RB with one RB/WR flex, have SJax and Grant as my RB's. Gotta replace Grant but I'm going to start a WR until I can get a RB.

RB's I'm considering:
P. Hills
R. Jennings
J. Ringer
B. Jacobs

Thoughts?

waivers are done for the week. pick up VJax before the ruling tomorrow and ESPN goes crazy about the trade possiblity? i could drop stafford. i have vick and ryan. i also could drop meachum.

quick question. somebody dropped owen daniels in my league and i have zach miller as my te. do i make the switch?

owen daniels is recovering from a knee injury and could be limited. just wondering what you guys thought.

I'd snatch up Daniels now. In the long run it should pay off.

He only caught 1 pass first game but Schaub only completed 9, and AJ only caught 3. Daniels was on the field for 40 snaps. He'll get his 6/60/1 games don't worry about that.

Some guy in my league already snatched up V-Jax damn.

Is it worth snagging like Sam Bradford for my backup I'll need in week 10, or just wait? I'd hate to use a roster spot, and there are other options (Campbell, Hasselbeck). I wanted garard but someone stashed him.

I'm seriously considering dropping Berrina or Kareem Huggins for Javon Ringer. Under the hopes that CJ2K gets hurt and Ringer goes for 80-100 yards a game.

tough to say now, at the end of last season harrison went off big, I thought we'd see him do real well this season, currently I'm not so sure with hillis splitting carries. Who else is on waivers/FA

Thinking of snagging up vincent jackson off FA in a PPR league, if he ends up w/ vikings that would be soo sick, leaning on dropping hightower but in a ppr league he doesn't seem that bad to me

Maclin got dropped in one of my leagues is he worth picking up over Hester or Mike Williams TB.

I'd drop Hester in a heart beat but I kinda wana see him develop because its 1 pt=10 return yards

I have no real opinion on Gresham as I didn't see that game, other than knowing he was a high draft pick and has a decent QB, but I'm high on Cooley (drafted him in 12 team) as McNabb will get him the ball and Kyle Shanahan used Owen Daniels a ton in his offense in Houston. His first game out the gate was 6/80. But again, no real opinion on Gresham. I'd probably give Cooley another slight edge in that he's not a rookie.

given the possible effects of jackson's back surgery and his knee that has been bothering him, i am inclined to say foster as well. but as of right now i still think sjax is a higher rated back. upside is entirely in foster's court tho ainec.

It's way too early to tell on Foster v. Jackson but I know Jackson is probably the most consistent RB in fantasy football. If Foster is anything like Slaton two years ago, he'll probably lose you a couple weeks (and singlehandedly win you a couple weeks also). Its just hard to tell what the Texans actual offense will look like. Last week was just a freak game imo.
