Someone dropped Duke Johnson in my PPR keeper. I have #3 priority. Using it guarantees I enter next week's waivers at #12. Still use it?

I really need a wr I got Terrence west on waivers today but Jones and moncrief got snatched. Does anyone have any recommendations for a sneaky potential boom wr I can take a flyer on ? My team got auto drafted and I got Torrey smith Andre Johnson DeSean Jackson and now Terrence west and well they all suck so I'd love to gamble on someone who sitting on waivers right now. Any input is appreciated gentlemen.

TY is only out like 3 weeks. Moncrief could easily lose targets to Johnson and Dorsett as Luck builds rapport with them. Fleener also could be a factor. Moncrief just isn't good IMO, I remember the hubbub last year over him that amounted to exactly zero after he had like one good week. Someone spent $39 on a $100 budget in my league on him and I'm more than happy to let someone else blow their wad on him.

And WR has one of the steepest learning curves? Idk about that.

obv lockett/ginn are huge because of return yards. Spiller may or may not be returning kicks for NO once he's healthy. if so, he's huge here too.

Johnson is 34 years old. I'm not buying that he's going to improve as the season goes on. Given the steep drop in production he had last year, I was initially willing to buy that it was due to poor QB play more than age-related decline, but after week 1 I'm starting to re-think that. I think Moncrief will begin taking targets that were initially planned for Johnson, and that will increase as the year goes on.

Again, you're using examples of Moncrief's performance from last year. I obviously think Moncrief is going to perform better this year.

Fleener isn't good and I don't think Dorsett will be ready for a large role soon enough. I expect his role to increase as the year goes on, but still mostly be that of a deep threat.

Again: I don't think Moncrief is great individually, but I think he has enough talent that in a high volume passing offense with a QB as good as Luck, he's a fine fantasy asset.

I have like three Hillmans now. And CJ has the Q tag.

I think if CJ plays, it means that Denver doesn't really think he is much better than Hillman. They would be risking him on a short week with a toe and ankle ouchie. If he does play, i.e. they don't protect his foot/ankle injury, it could linger/worsen.

If he doesn't play, I can probably start Hillman this week.

(would have to bench the likes of Doug Martin or Alfred Morris to do it, so close call)

I have Palmer in the same tier as Bradford and Eli. So I'd say better than Stafford, but it's close.

Wow the panic sell on Peyton is amazing.

The best part is that this is a short week, they have a banged up RB, KC is pretty good, I am drooling at the prospect of picking up more DTs and ESanders and Peytons next week.

DT is worth more than AJ Green, IMO.
