NFL Waiver Wire Week 3 NFL Waiver Wire Week 3

I feel bad cluttering the General discussion thread with various waiver wire problems, so might as well throw them here.

Other tidbits involved

- Will someone spend all their FAAB on Gates?
- Is James Jones rosterable in most formats?
- Delanie Walker a lower TE1 or just a fish on a heater?

Anyway, guess it can all go here

Man I hope Walker stays on a heater (if he is). IMO Jones will be covered a bit differently for the raiders next game so I'll pass on him. Oh yea and I'm a raider fan.

non ppr, 2rb 1flex wr/rb/te

have charles, joique, j hill, pierre thomas

have decker/t williams/m evans as other flex options

worth trying to pick up brown? khiry/knile not available

hill might continue to score well, and maybe pierre gets more work with ingram out?

i dont think walker is a fish on a heater

seems to have way better chemistry with locker than the receivers, plays almost every down, and he looked great overall in that last game. caught everything and ran really well.

obviously not every week is the lolcowboys d but i expect him to do pretty well

walker was good last yr too. i think hes def worth rostering.

i got a te question too. i have pitta and kelce in standard and want to drop one. im leaning on dumping pitta, does that sound right?

Kelce looked really impressive but I'm worried Fasano continues to cut into his targets. With Charles out who knows what that offense looks like going forward.

I'd drop pitta personally but it's probably close.

Probably

- Is James Jones rosterable in most formats?

Rosterable, yes. Could be a decent flex option once byes/injuries become an issue.

- Delanie Walker a lower TE1 or just a fish on a heater?

lower TE1 on a heater.

Have waiver priority 4/10 in my work league. Rank these 4.

Kniles
Michael Floyd
Miller
Donald Brown

Yes. Floyd and Miller were dropped. By the same guy, because he's dumb. That's my list. Hoping one of Kniles/Floyd falls.

This week at Philly with their suddenly banged up defense and then next week at home against the lowly Giants. Seattle looms aftewards, though.

The pecking order (heh) order of the Ravens still makes no sense to me, lol. I'd keep Kelce but it's definitely close.

Do I drop Asiata for 1 of Brown (SD)/Davis (KC)/Robinson (NO)?

Last waivers, thinking about dropping Matthews for Donnell. Other RBs: Lacy, Foster, Sankey, West and Walker at TE

Floyd, Davis, Miller, Brown.

I like Floyd #1 just because I see him making a long term impact even though Knile will likely be more valuable over the next month. If I was especially rb needy though, I'd go Davis.

Dropping Mathews seems bad when you consider than Sankey has barely touched the ball and West isn't starting much longer.

2qb league, can only start 2rb, no flex. For context, my rbs are Lacy and Murray and my QBs are Peyton and Ben. My qb3 is Carson Palmer. Palmer and Peyton share a week 4 bye and Palmer has the shoulder nerve injury. How should I prioritize the following players?

K. Cousins, K. Davis, K. Robinson, T. Kelce, A. Bradshaw.

huge post incoming before TLDR.

league 1 0 ppr

Charles/bradshaw/ball/joique/greene/forsett
alshon/keenan/d-jax/decker
Cameron

got #1 waiver order, currently sitting at knile/Donnell/rainey/defense

league 2 .5 ppr

romo
Peterson/spiller/ellington/Moreno*/asiata
brown/alshon/percy/reggie/Watkins/cooks/JAWSH GORDON
Dwayne allen

currently #1 on waiver order(theres a trend), sitting at knile/donnell/defense.

really debating this, because i'd have to drop Moreno/asiata here. suggestions definitely needed.

also about to trade romo+WR for Rodgers I think since i'm stupid deep there.

not many other targets on WW i'm really looking at I don't think.

maybe sanu?

bigger issue is who to drop in leagues for my WW claims and order of claims.

West has produced the last two weeks, and with Tate beig out he's getting bulk of the rushing duties and not to mention the Browns drafted him to take over the starting role. Sankey is droppable, but I'm thinking about waiting on him for 1-2 more weeks (he got 3 touches last game from what I recall).

Matthews is easily out for the next 4-5 weeks and in the mean time the Chargers will split his carries between Brown and Woodhead. My thinking is as long as Foster stays healthy (on my team) and Lacy start producing I can afford to drop a hurt Matthews and pick up a back up TE (I have Walker as TE1) or Khirky Robinson. Or are we ready to call it quits on Sankey after 2 weeks?
