Ya I genuinely lost track of what pics I've got, but I figure they're so late that it probably barely matters.

I'm curious on the order of stuff that happens now, since I've never done one of these. At some point we declare who is tossed back, and then does the draft comprise rookies and free agents? Or just a rookie draft and then just a free agent draft? How is waiver order determined for next year, reverse order of the draft?

I have Boneville's 1st, and that's the only draft pick I trade. So I should have 1.03, 1.04, 2.04 and 3.04

As far as the draft goes; we could make it like a real training camp...

We draft like normal, and then by a determined date, we must reduce our roster down to X?

We weren't supposed to draft until the third week of preseason iirc.

Ya, but I think if we're all in agreement on a better format, why not adopt. It's silly to skip over good ideas if we can get 12/12 in. Btw I'd be all for adopting something in our charter that says if say 10/12 people are in for something to change before making our next payments, we can adopt. Once payments are made for the following year, we lock in. Something like that.

I also like Rawrs idea.

Btw I'm potentially in the market for a backup QB. Nothing crazy, but if one of you finds yourself with a spare, give me an idea if you'd want a middling wideout for him, or a late pick. Not interested in moving any starters or a 1st, pure depth move.

I'm def against drafting before the actual draft. If everybody else wants to do that then I'll just go with the flow. I also think the 3rd week of preseason is a great time to draft.
