ya he's not great, but don't see anyone else 3.6 or under to fit that slot. davis is gonna feast for sure though.

I feel like NBA is one where if you dont do some serious work every day you are going to get crushed. Seems like the gap between the fish and pros is huge in nba but I could be wrong, im just a casual player. I am 100 percent hooked though, I love nba betting/df.

For me it's NBA > Soccer, but I think that might just be variance because I've binked a few NBA gpp's.

Much easier to pick NBA games. Because it looks like alot of people don't seem to find value in the unknown players in the 3-5k range.

What's up guys? I'm making the switch from NFL DFS to NBA DFS and have not been successful at all so far. Funny thing is I sleep, eat and breathe basketball and I still do way better in football. Can someone please explain to me why they picked lawson or harden last night after the the trend we've seen from the rockets in the first 3 games? I avoided everyone from HOU like the plague and got burned.

Hopefully we can share some info together. I'll be an open book with my thought processes here. I think this community is small enough that we can all win some cash together and not hurt our chances if we help each other out.

I'll post what I think about tonight's slate in a bit

I don't believe the bold.

Have you just started NBA DFS this season? Or did you play last season?

No, I played a bit last year towards the end of the season but no success. I play actual fantasy with success but I can't seem to make it translate to a salary based system.

I live it to the sense that I play it, practice in the gym, study the game, understand it, watch it, can recognize player skill/ability, play fantasy, think about it, talk about it etc.. But I can't beat this system and others can. So I don't think I know as much as I want to know or think I know

tyler johnson looks interesting at min price tonight. any heat info as to why he got so many minutes against HOU after playing nothing in the first two? Last year he was super streaky

Really like Marvin Will again and I'm going to keep playing him until his price hits 5500+

What type of sneakers are you wearing, think most DFS pro's are going with Under Armour Steph Curry's! Pretty sure you make that change you should see your results change in DFS. Can't speak how you will perform on the court tho.

Cause you play, practice and watch Bball you should be successful?

Man we need you as spokesman as to why DFS is a skill game

I think understanding basketball at all levels provides the fundamentals needed to POTENTIALLY be successful at NBA DFS, yes. Just like it helps me in year-long fantasy leagues and sports betting.

But as I said, I'm obviously lacking a huge chunk of knowledge towards a salary based fantasy system because I have not been successful thus far.

Interesting night only big money guy is Davis. Havent decided how much of Davis I want tonight anywhere from 50-100%. I think the entire DFS world is ready for his 60+ night tonight with good reason with a good matchup and being at home.

I like P.George to torch the pistons with that 8k price tag on DK with big upside. I'm gonna grab 2 nuggets and Randle on every lineup. I like the center punts tonight in WCS and Koufas. I think I'm gonna fade the sg punts in Bazemore/Fournier. Marvin is a good punt option if Zeller doesnt come back tonight.

Analytics and eye ball observations is two different skill sets with basketball. Some people know the numbers and some also know baskestball by observation. It's an interesting discussion with regards to basketball. While analytics may be more important with dfs, eye ball analysis gives it another perspective ... And also gives it a fun factor as well which is nice.

I have a much higher ROI in NBA than I do in NFL so far, which baffles me because I have decent knowledge of NFL and know jack-**** about basketball. Small sample size, but still... Wtf

Needs to stay out of foul trouble. Which may not be easy with Zbo and Gasol
