Don't think he is aaa eligable?

Also, what was the rules if you traded for a rookie that is on somebody else roster but you don't play them, could you send them to aaa?

yeah, tate's not AAA eligible

if you trade for a rookie, you can put him in your AAA when you trade for him. but you cant like, use him in your active roster and then go to AAA
