in his defense, ppl were likely influenced to veto the trade by some guy making a post saying, and im paraphrasing here, "LOL RIGGED TRADE, HOPE U ALL VETO"

Not saying hes wrong or right. Just pointing out how an impartial observer views it.

The guy who posted the veto rant is pretty weak, but like I said, thats how the league was set up. Maybe he really believed it was vetoable (even though obviously the trade was fine). Thats just what happens when you let opinions and/or ulterior motives decide outcomes.

i mean his walk rate has been fine. he hit a homer so i guess he still has some pop. if he can raise his AVG by 100 points to a measly 0.22 you'd think he'd get his OBP up over 0.350 which is why you draft choo anyway. his LD% is down considerably, but when ive watched him hes always seemed to hit the ball reasonably hard.

i think he can turn it around, no way he is gonna stay at a BABIP of 0.12. He isn't striking out any more than usual.
