Haven't looked at the team, rules or anything but I'm in. If someone could pm an ELI5 type cliff notes that would be cool. Wife works all day Saturday so my plan is to catch up and send a bunch of aids offers that night while you're all dranking.

I propose we ditch the $55 for 5th place. Seems unnecessary. Is that guy really pumped he won 55 bucks?

I also propose that 5th Place gets first pick (or 6th if we keep the $55 bucks thing), 6th place gets 2nd pick, 7th gets third pick as a way to make it so that every place matters and you can't purposely throw games to get the top pick. There is incentive for everyone in the standings to improve.

Thoughts?

Well, we have the $50 penalty for 13th to avoid tanking, but I take your point that if you're muddled in the middle then there's not much incentive to do better. I don't have anything against that proposal, though I don't mind much either way.

Agree that we might as well get rid of the $55 thing too. I feel like Karak started the payouts really flat for some reason, but that we meant to revise them later.
