Off-season note: if, upon hearing the news tonight, you checked the spreadsheet to see who had Taveras in their farm system (regrets, danvh), then you're not the only terrible person in this league.

This league and my rebuild did cross my mind when I heard the news. Def made me feel bad about myself. Then the Giants won and I got drunk, so it ended up ok for me in the end

Just got caught up on that SE rando thread. That's awesome. Makes me feel so much better about Exit's life too; best I knew he lived out of the city and had a very weak farm system. Turns out he's he's calling life from the moneyphone.

If anyone wants to trade out of the first round (meaning your first rounder) for a combination of later picks let me know, I got some extra picks this year.

Also willing to move a pitcher from the collection of studs I got going here.

30 or less active roster, 15 or less minor leagues. Less than $1000.

If under 30 active roster, you will fill the remaining spots through auction. You default to 5 minor league draft picks, you get more if you need to get to the floor of 10, and get less if you'll hit the ceiling of 20.

active roster cuts happen first.

I'll try and get the 2015 version of the spreadsheet in the next week or so. might have some free time tonight, but then not again until monday/tuesday.

i thot u can have any amount of minor leaguers u want up to 20, u just don't get picks.

so like, if u have 17, u only get picks round 1-3.

that's right.

if you have anywhere from 5-15 minor leaguers going into the draft, you get 5 picks.

less if you have > 15, more if you have < 5

I seem to remember having extra middle infielders and starting pitchers. I'd like to trade Carlos Carrasco (look him up), just so I don't have 3/5 of Cleveland's rotation on my roster. Chisenhall and Mauer are available. Mookie, Springer, and Kluber are not. Various prospects available for MLB talent.
