Just suffered a huge bad beat. Made a trade offer earlier last week of Ekeler+Cousins for A. Jones+Rustle, got accepted later. It's on ESPN so I don't really know the interface/it's crappy. It's not processed immediately even though it's before the Thursday game. I keep checking until Saturday; still not processed. Ok fine, I guess it just takes effect for the next week. I get up on Sunday. I'm busy that day so it's not until around noon that I get around to checking my team, and I have an empty RB spot that Ekeler vacated. Well that sucks. I'm projected to lose that matchup. During the Sunday night game, I'm still behind by a few points, but the Rams interception to end the game actually ties it exactly to the decimal point. On Monday, I'm talking to a co-worker who's in my league. He was sweating my team as well, and asked why I didn't add someone to fill that roster spot. I totally forgot about that, since I cut my fantasy teeth back in the old days. I find Mike Davis is available and playing Monday night. I try to add him but nobody on my roster is droppable since their teams all played. Mike Davis ends up rushing once for 2 yards. I lose the tiebreaker and the matchup for Week 3.

Thinking of trading for David Johnson.

Ended up pulling the trigger on trading Lamar away.

So traded Singletary + A. Mattison for Lamar and traded Lamar for Theilen. Other guy offered Godwin, but felt better about getting Theilen. Although he's not getting the same production as last year, I think he's still a solid top 12 rest of year in ppr.

How worried are you guys about Chris Carson? His fumbling issue seems to be a new phenomenon, but three straight games means Carrol getting asked questions about it. He's avging less than 4 yds a carry seems to be a bigger issue. Does he look like he's lost some of the aggression he ran with last year? This should be a dream spot for him (SEA offense which wants to run), but definitely worried Penny is about to get his shot soon...

I was super worried about it till Carroll said today that he still believes in Carson. I've downgraded to moderately worried. He needs a get right game this week in order for me to have any faith in him going forward.

Carson would be in trouble if there was another competent back on the roster.
Lucky for him that's not the case so I wouldn't be too worried but they'll probably give Penny an increase in opportunity, he'll screw it up and back to Carson.

I can drop Chargers D (like the #1 D this week vs Miami), or Mostert. If I drop Mostert I only own 3 other RB's (CMC, Shady and Rojo).

I can't seem to trade my way out of this as the RB hoarding is intense. My bench has guys like Chark and Boyd on it but I find there's no real market for WR's this year at all.

i had a full 100$ budget, i used 72$ on Gallman. Next highest bid was 47$.

With so many of the first 3-4 round RBs looking so bad it has quickly become a wasteland. In all my leagues it is really tough to find good trades because most guys have only 1-2 dependable RB with zero depth.

Someone in my league picked up Williams last week. Sharp.

Assuming Jamaal, i think part of the spike in carries this past week was the short week the Packers were going ot have week 4.
