Got lucky, benched Wentz due to weather and picked up Rudolph who got just enough points to win so now 1-2 on the week

I think aaron jones and godwin are fairly close this year.

Is godwin a borderline WR1/WR2 next year in .5PPR or am i reading too much into his current production?

Trade Shady for any of the following in half ppr? Calvin Ridley, Tyrrell Williams, DJ Moore?

probably all of them unless you need the rb / don't need a wr. KC backfield pretty tilting right now

Agree. How do you rank them?

your guess is as good as mine with those 3 lol. I really love DJ Moore but he hasn't lived up to my hype this season yet.

Probably Tyrell > Ridley > Moore I think

Just flipped MG3 for DJ in standard 12 teamer. I'm 3-5 so it's a risk to take on DJ's uncertainty when I need to win, but going for it.

sold high on david montgomery for odell beckham

within seconds the guy I traded with sent russell wilson and derrick henry for julio and hooper to someone who already has rodgers/brady in a 1 qb league

I honestly think there is some misclick equity in that unless he already had an agreement to flip a QB to someone else.

First he is a huge falcons homer.

Second he is 5-3!

In my keeper league where face everyone each week, I had gone 4–18 over the past two weeks without Kamara, Beckham, Godwin and DJ Moore (those three decided to take 2-week byes). Fell into second, still only one game back of first, but half the pot in this league goes to 1st and 2nd in the regular season so didn’t feel I could afford to wait on Kamara. He could be kept one more time for a 7th, so traded Kamara, Dorsett and 5.08 for Zeke, JuJu (keep 1 time for 8th) and 6.06.

Nice deal. Definitely a win now move.

Yeah, my whole team other than Kelce past their byes now. Top competitors have a bunch left. One of them made trade with same last place team right before mine and gave 2.02, 4.02 and McLaurin (can be kept 3 times starting at 12th) for the unkeepable Ertz and Lockett (who both have byes coming up), 3.06 and 5.06. Seems like a lot to give up to improve less than I did. With all the keepers involved, there’s a huge difference between 2.02 and 3.06 with the amount of players off the table.

We talk about DFS in here sometimes so figured it was the best place to ask:

I have Drake in some Mon-Thus lineups (Mia/Pit + Ari/SF). When I start looking at the Sunday slate it says Drake will get zero points but it didn't say that when I made my lineup monday. Am I safe to assume he's still getting points counted?

I've always thought about doing a league like that, didn't know they actually existed

You mind doing a better summary of how it works out, is more or less enjoyable, different strategies, etc etc

Also, anyone have any tips for getting your league active? The DFS industry league I joined has been really frustrating, only joined for the camaraderie of it to try to get to know these other guys better and the league is totally silent

A lot of them know each other very well as demonstrated by super active chat during the draft and then silence on the message boards. Only posts being one guy offering to setup a discord and me commenting that I'd be happy to setup a slack channel instead and both were ignored, I've made a few random posts to try to kick start conversation but other than the occasional lol trade offer the league may as well be dead

I feel any further posting being the only guy doing it will further reinforce I'm an outsider and any complaints would be counter productive

I should have known better given the red flags of needing to replace like half the league but I definitely am a bit salty that nobody is talking (or more likely, they are a bunch of them talking, just privately)

Were my expectations off or is this standard? The only leagues I'm in are ones I've been in over a decade now so there's constant messaging and posting. Possible I'm the one here who's missing perspective.

I don't think he'll get you points. If it's Yahoo then I guarantee you here won't get you points as that's the case there (you can tell this in the future when you look at the players because the team they are on is in bold and if they don't have a bold print next to team name their contributions won't count)

But either way, it's unlikely Drake has a large role in his first game with the team so you probably want to avoid it anyway.

fairly deep at RB in a standard league (zeke, dalvin c, sony m, Coleman, r freeman, and M sanders)

what do you guys think of T coleman for waller in a nutshell? I am currently rolling jimmy g at TE

seems like a win:win with your depth. really high on waller ROS and jimmy g is worse than a lot of the waiver options this week.

obviously would prefer if you could do it for sony though lol. coleman in a good spot too.

ya, i'm higher on Coleman than I am sony now. I look at ROS rankings across 6 sites or so and they are generally in the same ballpark but Coleman may get the slight edge now, hell maybe decent edge. Sonny is getting carries but rarely gets receptions and his YPC is pretty terrible it seems.

Jimmy, eh. I look at draftkings and fanduel and they have him higher than guys like Ebron, J smith this week. Not way ahead but ahead, higher price tag. But some projections have Ebron as the better play. Steelers are worse vs TE's at like 25 and LAC about 11th vs TE's.

I don't know why i look at this ****, I am in one $50 league lol. Spending more than 20 minutes a week on research probably should not even happen but I ain't like that. In it to win it

how about this one in a nutshell: Zeke, Jimmy Graham, and Jimmy Garapolo for Josh Allen, Gurley, and Waller???
