No I've been firmly anti-Gordon for years, so I would not trust him as my RB1, but he is still certainly a better option than Howard or McKinnon, so you're stuck with him as your RB1 for better or worse.
Julio on the other hand is a great WR1, and you'll be getting him as your WR2, which seems like a nice advantage to have, especially in PPR (even if it is 2rb/2wr/flex).
Just because you aren't in an ideal spot doesn't mean you should spew value trying to fix it. Make the most out of the situation you're in.
Even if you hate Julio and are super confident in your ability to find WR's then Julio would be a much more valuable trade chip than Howard or McKinnon to parlay into a RB1 upgrade.
