Low flop CB rate?

I have heard of the low flop CB concept and balancing with the delay CB but can anyone get in more details or direct me to the right thread?

My CB in MTTs (online) is around 53% but I came across a winning reg that has a 15% CB rate.

There's nothing special about a high or low cbet, it's simply a function of your bet size. You can bet small frequently or large rarely and still end up at roughly the same EV. The flop is extremely flexible in this regard. Also you have to realize that most hands are fairly indifferent towards betting or checking the flop. Only a small % of your flop range absolutely needs to get 3 streets in.
