Needs to go into BBV. I've ran both over and under 30+ buyins in all-in EV at some point. Of course, that's usually only part of the story.
If you stack off KK vs. AA 10 times and win 4 times, you're down 2 stacks. The all-in EV graph will tell you two things:
-> you suck at Poker because you got the money in bad 10 times
-> you run good because you're 4 stacks above EV
