Hello all,

I am in a Ph.D. class this fall entitled Game Theory for Political Scientists. A large part of the class involves either composing a new model or critiquing a former model. The model does not have to be specific to political science. Does anyone have any ideas as to some interesting behavior or decisions they would like to see modelled from poker? Even if you do not have any ideas for original models, if you are aware of existing work you could point me to; that would also be very helpful.

Hugs and Kisses,

Primo

This is a super cool paper that formulates jam/fold equilibria for a 3-player NLHE tournament (so it says). I came across it on 2p2 some other time, don't remember where. Just perusing it quickly there is some cool game theory/combinatorics/work with ICM. dunno if this helps or not but it certainly is a cool read if you're into this sort of stuff?

this class isn't at MIT by any chance is it? I took one by the same name.
