Multiway man in the middle

If we are the man in the middle in a multiway pot on the flop and are bet into and intend to continue, do you have guidelines for whether we should flat call or squeeze?

Flat call when it's beneficial to keep players in, squeeze when it's it's beneficial to push players out (or build a huge pot).
That's a very generic guideline. Multiway dynamics are difficult. It can be helpful to plan your response depending on what the next player will do. Try to organize your range into the following buckets:
Fold
Call-fold
Call-call
Call-reraise
Raise-fold
Raise-call
Raise-reraise
