Lots ppl talk about positive EV or negative EV when comes to poker and even life!!. I am wondering some ppl who multi tabling more than 10 tables are positive EV thing or not?? I see a alot posts in high or low level stake tournaments talkin about how they miss the action in the table and don't know how to play a certain hand or situation because they are working on other tables. Personally, I am against the idea of playing too many tables at once because I really feel u are going to miss a lot details if u are playing too many of them.

I depends greatly on experience. You will play weaker poker for sure but if its still good enough to beat the tables then why not.

The right balance between stakes and tables can sometimes earn someone much more.

But yeah every table you add the weaker your game becomes for sure.

ive found that up to about 18 fixed limit tables is fairly easy to keep up i think each table beyond that is more negative ev than the last.
imo it depends on how well u keep up with them and i do think that many people do drop winrate to get in more hands myself included but in the long run i think my hourly is better with more hands played

When I multitable anywhere between 9 and 12 tables, I generally play full ring and play lower limits than when I 4 table. Doing this at 0.5/1 and 1/2 I see little reason to fully concentrate on 1 table, and though my win rate per table might drop a little, the amount of tables more than make up for this. Its really just practice and experience in the games you are playing. I generally play tighter than I should when doing this but as long as you are playing against players who arent likely to notice or care it doesnt really matter

I really don't mind playing 4~9 tables at once as long as u can keep an eye on it....I see some people just close the screen when it is not their turn to act, and totally ignore the action on the tables.
