well, i see alot of these guys at NL50 rush. some are obv just fish who have lost 20 bucks or so, but theres also plenty of "regs" who buy in for 20 bucks.

i dont think i do badly against them, id just like peoples input on their general hand ranges

instinctively i feel like we should bet 3betting and getting it in preflop with QQ+ AK+ if possible. this is likely their range too... i dont see many getting it in with JJ or AQo.

would a tighter 3betting range with more calling IP with QQ/AK prove more profitable? as we wont be folding out AQo and 22-JJ?

how do u guys deal with these cowards

furthermore, should our 3bets both for value (and bluffs if they fold) be smaller? say, 2.5x their raise? they wont have odds to hit their set like this

It depends. FR or 6max, rush or normal tables? Also they are not playing the same way, some of them play really loose like 28/25 in 6max, and some of them play something like 20/19...

in general im talking about the fullring rush players with 12/10 -> 15/17 stats, specifically when they raise and we are still to act

I just play normally. And crush them like nearly everyone else. Don't consider someone to be good who is halfstacking 50nl, sorry. Do not care about their stats. If you have to do that crap then you're just not a good postflop player and not a good player in general.

There is one issue to consider, and that's the effective stack sizes changing the spr. You should he playing pretty much the same against them, but realize that betsizing preflop and postflop should be smaller. There's nothing different except their edge against fish and your edge against them is smaller in the long run.

So...lower your 3bet betsizing and always remain cognizant of the possibility of awkward stack sizes on the flop and turn.
