Can someone please help me understand how to read the ranges on GTO wizard? How come some combos here are really low vertically compared to other ones that are higher up? (See circled squares). I assume other squares that are more filled out horizontally means our betting frequency right? So what does it mean if a box is much lower vertically compared to another?

It's the number of combos available.... some of the combos were removed in previous action(s)/node(s). In your example ~4/4 AJs are available where as ~1/4 of K3s is present.
