Should I ever have a raising range on these? I mean assuming I'm not exploiting a particular opponent. It seems hard to have a balanced range to me as trips are rare and boats are also pointless to raise this soon. Would something like trips, combo draws and TPs + draw for my value range and flush/straight draws for my bluff range be ok? I'm not even sure a raise is worth it as sometimes even the premium hand I'm drawing to will be hopelessly facing a full house.

This is really too vague. You should probably post it in the forum most closely related to the game you play. It is really going to vary by stakes, number of players, game format, etc.
