A good tag and a good lag decide to play 10000 bb Hu match.

First hand.

Good tag pots button. Good lag calls from bb.

Flop 7h 8h 9h

Good lag checks. Good tag pots. Good lag pots.

Pot. Pot. Pot. Pot. Pot. Pot......until good lag pots all in. Good tag snap calls.

They decide to run it twice.

Good tag wins the first board. BUT loses the other board.

What were their most likely hands?

Good TAG: AcKc6h5h

Good LAG: 9c9sQhJh

or reversed?

OR

Good TAG: AhTh7c6c

Good LAG: KhQh9c9s or Kh6h9c9s

?

I dunno.

I've only played Omaha a couple of times.

If they are that deep, then I would presume that the stack off hands are straight flushes and nut flushes with blockers to the straight flushes, possibly also with a set (e.g. AhTh9x9x or Ah6h8x8x or something like that. In addition, something like Qh Jh or Qh Th (with a set) could get lucky and bink a one-outer to beat 65hh.

While in reality any number of hands are possible, we are looking for the most likely combo.

Hint 1: they are very deep and both are good players. What is the best bluffing hand and bluff catching hand for each player?

Hint 2: neither of them would stack off with bare 5h 6h only. Risk of running into JhTh is too high this deep. There is no redraw you can have with 5h 6h that can beat JhThxx

That's much closer Lego.

But there is still one thing missing in that solution.

They both need to know the other can't have a nutted hand.

Would the good LAG really stack off with that hand that deep with the good TAG continuing to keep potting it? He knows the good TAG can't have a straight flush, but he has to put him on the nut flush at some point. I assume the LAG is bluffing with the straight flush blockers and has a redraw to a full house if he gets called by a flush, but at some point after the good TAG has re-raised pot multiple times, doesn't the good LAG have to figure that the good TAG is not going to fold to another raise, and at that point the good LAG shouldn't keep raising as about a 2 to 1 dog drawing to a full house.

Also, is Th5h9c9d a standard call in the big blind there? It doesn't seem like a particularly good Omaha starting hand, although I assume that the big blind should be calling pretty wide there.

I really don't play Omaha.

They both assume the other is balanced across all actions. The good tag wouldn't make a raise where he has no hands that fold to a reraise. Because that would be exploitable.
