I don't see how you could think you where ahead PF when the action goes; Raise, Re raise , re re raise and you hold a pair of 22.
You have to think about what they are raising. Of all the AX hands AK is the best and has the rest dominated. In a tourney, 5 handed or so AJ, AQ maybe AT could be allin (depending on stack size/position ect) and if you hold AK you are dominating them. where as if they have QQ and have shoved on you holding 22 you 82% dog and AK is a coin flip.
If you had some massive read on them to be holding AK then yea, 22 great hand to shove
