4bet - Shove range vs LAG

Hi everybody,
I'm trying to calculate the optimal 4bet/shove range vs LAG villain in this situation:
STACK: 100x
MP: HERO
BTN: VILLAIN
VILLAIN:
3bet 11% BTN vs MP
5bet: TT+, AQs, AK
he never calls my 4bet
let's assume NL100:
I open 3$
Villain 3bet 9$
I 4bet 21$
Could someone please help me to calculate optimal % of 4bet/fold (intended to fold to his shove) and 4bet/call?
thanks a lot!
GT

The exploitative range agaist this adversary is:
-4bet/call every hand that has > 39.5% equity agaist his 5bet range, that is JJ+, AK
[=(100-21)/(100*2+1.5-rake), that come from indifference between 4bet/call and 4bet/fold]
-4bet/fold every hand that has 57.1% fold equity against opponent 3bet range, so every hand that you openraise, because even hand without blocker have 65% fold equity
[=(21-3)/(9+3+1.5 + 21-3), this formula come from indifference betwen raise/fold and raise/4bet/fold]
You should understand if is better to exploit you adversary in every hand, or you should prefer folding sometimes to his 3bet, hoping that he continue to use this unbalanced strategy.
