Hello everyone,
I had the strangest thing happen and I was wondering if it has happened to anyone else. I went to make a deposit via W/U, I received the Contact Name and upon completion I received my MTCN #. I went on RPM to insert my MTCN. I waited for about 10 minutes than I received a this error message.
"Transaction ID 6020664 has been denied. For security purposes your payment method has been suspended. Please contact customer support (
[email protected]) to have it re-enabled" I have had successful deposits in the past so that shouldn't of been a problem.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
