Hello sir,

I started on your site a few months ago because I was offered a stake from someone who plays there. Upon accepting his stake I agreed to keep him posted by pasting my ledger histories into a googledoc spreadsheet. He also told me that if I have any problems that you are theman I need to contact.

I recently messed up my spreadsheet and am needing to reenter my entire ledger history on your site. I have emailed support twice requesting this, as on ftp and PS they can send it out right away and very easily for tax purposes.

my 1st email

Hi,

I need a account history (like he ledger history, but all in one document) that shows all the activity for my account Tmfnsanders since opening the account.

Thank You

Tracy Sanders,

they repied with this

Tracy,

Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately we won't be able to meet your request, if you would like information for a specific hand that shouldn't be a problem.
You have the option through the game settings to go on ahead and have your entire history saved on your computer if you choose to do so. We are always here to help you. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any additional questions in relation to this or any other matter. Your reference ID for this email is LTK6170621535X ; please quote this number in any further communication on this subject.

Kind regards,

Fred Hetfield

I emailed back here:

I think you are misunderstanding my requst sir. I am not wanting hand historys- I just need
a transaction history showing all the $$$ transactions, including buyins, entry fees, winnings, and such. The ledger history off of the player admin page was suiting my needs perfectly, but it will only let me go back like a month, I am needing it since my account was started somewhere around mid may if I remember correctly.

If you cannot supply this, how are you going to give me the needed info for my tax records at the end o the year? FTP and PS I have always just requested it and had it emailed within 24 hours so I coud make a hard copy to have on file with my taxes

then today I get this back:

Dear Tracy,

Thank you for contacting us.

Please note that you can see your cash out and deposit history information from the past 30 days in the cashier section, the history ledger as you were able to see only shows the gaming information. We are always here to help you. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any additional questions in relation to this or any other matter. Your reference ID for this email is LTK6170621535X ; please quote this number in any further communication on this subject.

Kind regards,

Kathy Nichols

Maybe I am not being clear enough or something here, but I do not know what else to doto get my point across to them. This is exactly what I am looking for, only since I started with RPM. I don't understand what is so difficult.

Date & Time Category Description Debits Credits Balance
1st Aug 2010 12:49 Tournament Buy In Texas Holdem Sunday $50,000 Guaranteed Freezeout - No Limit $100.00 $0.00 $x,xxx.xx

so you are looking for your table and tournament transaction history. not deposit and cash outs.

I've been getting it by going to player admin, then the ledger history option. I just pull up the date I need. The problem is it will only go back 30 days. I play tournaments so table is not really needed, ut definately a profit and loss thing accounting for every cent of my BR.

@tracy. It seems you have found my new favorite site to play on!
08-02-2010 , 03:16 PM
So, to be clear, you're looking for a listing of tournaments you've played, and your profit/loss statement?

This thread is basically the same thing I came here to post/research today, so I'm going to jump in too. I hope you don't mind, OP.

RPMSeth, I used to use the ledger to total my rakeback for the previous month when creating my own monthly reports. I noticed today that it has been changed to only work for one day at a time instead of a range of dates. Also, it doesn't even go back to the beginning of July. Is there any way the player can get the full previous month's rakeback total without hassling support?

Don't worry about sending me a report. I haven't played on RPM in a while so the few pennies that I probably earned last month isn't enough to worry about. I'm just asking for future reference.

Bump.

Perhaps making a new thread was a better idea after all.
