RPM does some things well, and the live chat has never failed me and is pretty awesome imo, but Seth, posts like yours I just quoted and claims like "our frustration is larger" is straight up annoying, not assuaging. It's bad enough you delete posts (another annoying, not assuaging action you often partake in), we don't need canned, disingenuous announcements that serve no vital purpose.
We've already been through that bull**** with Full Tilt Poker almost a year ago.
