You really need to process check requests faster. I don't care if the check takes a long time but get the transaction approved so my account isn't frozen up. Plenty of people are moving up levels and may want to make a small deposit if we hit a bad run of cards. It's pretty dumb you aren't allowing me to deposit money on your site for a month while I wait for you to approve a month old request for a check. I don't want to cancel a $300 check request when all I really want to add to my account is $50. I cancel and then have to start over and wait another month. Seriously, I'm trying to give you money and you making it hard why would you do that?

It is extremely annoying not to be able to double rebuy before the first hand of a rebuy MTT and even more annoying to bust on the final hand before the add-on period begins, where it doesn't allow me to double-rebuy before I choose to add on.

To have complaints about this literally every other week ITT and still not have this fixed is really ****ing sad.

The fact that you say this "Do you want RPM Poker? We Want You! Now Matching Competing Offers w/ Valid Proof!" then proceed to tell me that you can match what I am currently getting on Black Chip, and then proceed to offer me the exact same deal that anyone can get (which is nowhere near the offer I currently have on Black Chip), is just dishonest and scummy imo.

Can you have merge, include release notes in software updates. Any info even if low level is helpful to know what in updated/included in a update.

Please make a seperate tab for the Poker Maximus series tournaments. Having to scroll for 12s to get to the actual MTT's is brutal and needs to be fixed asap.

would have to agree, Its amazing how far Stars was ahead of everybody else (not just Merge), sometimes I do wonder who the hell is designing this stuff / making certain rules and if these people ever played a hand of online poker in their life

Please bring back the free sharkscope subscription for SNG/MTT grinders. I play both cash and SNGs and have qualified for both Leggo and Sharkscope. Sharkscope is way important to have for a SNG player. BTW, Leggo only focuses on cash games but not SNG/MTT training. There are other training sites that are way better in variety.

Maybe something like adding a some time at every break (maybe starting the 2nd break?) and then resetting the time bank at the ft.

Basically there needs to be a bigger timebank, if its not possible to make it more than 60 seconds to begin with , then have it auto reload 30 seconds every break. IS this possible?

In that $500 tourney i used my full 60 seconds pretty quick because i was in a RIDICULOUS tough spot against 2 amatuers early on with kings , after that i felt restricted to only 15 seconds or whatever the standard decision is. When i was at the final 4 tables i was just forced to act quick and i didnt like it. When i raised AQ for example and got 3bet, every decision is worth thousands and i only had 15 seconds to make those tough decisions. IT sucked!

EVen for the daily tourneys, what is it 30 seconds? you guys need to have them auto reload every hour, if merge doesnt agree to do this normally, at least have them do it for the big 109 $ and 215$ tourneys.. where people wont abuse the stalling process real bad, because the stalling WILL happen. BUt having 9sec extra time per hour on average in the 100k for example is just not enough time.

20 seconds added each hour starting at 2nd break

1. After I win a double up or place in a SNG, I know that I won because it tells me what I won right there along with displaying a cute trophy. A few seconds later another window will popup telling me the same information. This is redundant and is one more window I must click "OK" on to get rid of (quite an annoyance while massively multi gaming)

2. Sometimes I misclick in the lobby and try to register for a SNG I'm already registered in. A window informing me that I have already registered for this tournament pops up. However, the OK button does not work! The only way to remove this window is by hitting the "X" in the upper right of that window. This happens a lot to me and always annoys me.

3. I choose mini mode and tile to massively multi game. Many times a new game will pop up in what I call "huge mini mode" - that is, it's in mini mode, but the x and y resolutions of said window are too big; I have to shrink the window which takes time. Make it to so where RPM REMEMBERS what my last game window was like and copy said window settings.

I know it is no biggie, but I'd would still like to see a popcorn eating animation for when two other players get into a flame war in chat. I suggested it last year but would still like to see one.

I know the animations are probably a Merge thing so if they ever get around to adding any more, suggest it to them.

With regard to the upcoming Maximus series: Please add more PLO8 events. PLO8 should be given at least as much respect as PLO since Hi/Lo is more popular at Merge. Please add at least $22, $109, 6-max at any $ level, and $215! Build it, and we will come!

Also, why are all three PLO8 events on the same day at basically the same time?? You have 6 PLO events over 5 days. We want the same for PLO8.
