Just FYI to follow up my post. RPMSeth notify him if it expires in 60 and he will set to 90. Got to wait 2 months for that time to come up but it will help me get 33% more cleared, when I get to that point.

WRT Double Points… how do they appear in the Points Ledger, and what time do they normally hit? I was reading on the website that they're credited the following Monday.

They will appear in the points ledger when they are credited. All outstanding promotions will be credited shortly.

Thanks to RPMSeth and RPMJon for the help.

I've been waiting over 24 hours to hear back from RPM Support...my account was verified and I can withdraw, etc, but I can't transfer P2P. Is there anything I need to do?

use live support any time you can

did it to me again - timed out without any betting options - sat me out at all tables - this time I had some good hands in play - really sucked...

I've been waiting 3 days to hear why my photo ID documentation wasn't acceptable. I miss PS support... I think the longest I ever had to wait to hear from them was 6 hours.

FT, I still have several emails that have never been answered...

Definitely use the RPM Live Chat. For some reason, mine was disabled recently(I've used it before???) and RPMJon was able to enable it for me. Took a total of 3-4 minutes tops to start the chat till I closed it. That includes me BS'ing with RPMJon too, LOL.

Make sure that you use the RPM Live Chat and not the basic Merge Support. Make sure you go to the RPM website and click the Live Chat option on there. WAY better than the basic Merge support.

Merge (Not RPM) support is the worst iv ever dealt with. I got some bird that could barely type in English.

Has anyone else been experiencing this?

The rest of the detail is that the "red bar" time clock starts running down, but I am not given the buttons to fold, call, raise - I click frantically on the area where the raise button is suppose to - time clock runs down and I am left sitting out and all the "sitting out" buttons immediately appear ON ALL MY TABLES. This all happens within the 7 seconds it takes to time out at at the first table - Is this from a one second temporary internet disconnect or some other bug with the software? What's up with this?

This happened to me the first time I played. One of the players told me to log out and sign in again. So I did, and to my surprise I had all action buttons available and it never happened again.

Does anyone know how long a player can sit out at cash tables?

I was playing several tables. I sat out at each one when the BB came. I went to take a piss and when I came back I was kicked off of one of the tables. This has happened a few times.

And yes I have a very nice piss bottle! Sometimes it is nice to strech your legs and get a new drink so you can piss again.

I cash out via echecks at stars. My understanding is that option is not available at RPM. When you get a check does it say poker on the envelope and/or look like a "check envelope."
04-27-2011 , 02:38 AM
Would you say RPM caters more towards cash play than tournament play? Is there much selection as far as tourney play wise?

Your time bank accrues as the number of hands you've played at that particular table increases. Sounds like the one you got kicked off of didn't have the time bank increases of the others.

not very long. maybe 1 or 2 orbits. on stars i used to be able to sit out, go out for a smoke, go make a sandwich, clean up after myself, and be back before i started getting kicked off. on RPM, not so much

edit: you are aware of the "sit out all tables" feature, aren't you?
