I have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a cashout. Every time I message support they give me the same generic "your withdrawal is our top priority, please give us 24hrs" response.

Is it an electronic wallet or something slower like a check?

is this a generell problem on the merge network? cause my neteller cashouts on FTP are on my neteller account literally one second after I confirmed the cash out.

This is not a "usual" problem per se, as NETeller cashouts are generally very fast, but this particular issue only affected Merge.

As far as I am informed, everything is back to normal today and there is no more issue.

...I have been getting delays from Merge on check approval so I cancelled it to go to an electronic wallet. Mr Brown from chat swears it will take 24to72 hours. Cant wait to see what the reason will be when its not there. Im using UMW

waited 2 weeks for neteller and on the advice of support 5days ago that it would be "guaranteed to go through fast". I cancelled my neteller cashout and tried moneybookers. 4 days later still nothing.

Some withdrawals require a manual approval from the fraud and security department, so some withdrawals are slightly delayed. Things are a little backlogged, but Merge is working hard to get things back to normal.

For those who are interested in playing, be prepared to WAIT when you cash out. I'm still waiting for my cashout to mb from 19/4 (I have deposited/cashed out from RPM before so its not a verification thing).

Message from RPMseth when I asked was that they are "slightly" backlogged and that it should go through shortly. Thats was 3 days ago.

Spoke with support today, they basically said the same thing "it should go through within the next few days", they are "having a delay with withdrawels".

Bottom line is that in other aspects RPM is a great site but they do not have control over the money/cashouts and the waiting time is so ridiculous I doubt I will deposit with Merge again. As an european I have options but off course for americans the situation is different.
