Actually, I misspoke. All promotions are processed, but the process of crediting the bonuses is going on as we speak. Sit tight, it'll be there today.

Is there anyway to get confirmation on double VIP points? I sent an email on 4/22/11 and thought I was opted in but evidently RPM has no record that I sent this in. Very disappointed. I resent it. Username is:

Seth, I appreciate your support on the forum. It draws a bigger pool for sure, one of the reasons I decided on RPM.

Question: I used Raketherake affiliate for my first deposit, and the deposit bonus is showing issued as of 4-23. However there is no expiry date listed, does that mean there is no expiration on the bonus or it is just not listed?

Also, at what intervals does the bonus clear? Right now it's showing: %1.10
of 37500.00 vip points cleared, at what increments does the bonus release?

I am still not seeing my $100 bonus from Fridays 2000 hand promotion. I think I should have 2 of these from the last 2 Fridays in April.

Also is there a way to see all of the double points awarded for each day to be sure that I received what I was supposed to? The points ledger only goes back a few days, and I want to make sure that I got all double points since I signed up 2 weeks ago.

Actually its probably better to get it later since you can only clear one bonus at a time anyway(still clearing deposit bonus)....long as it comes before I can clear my current bonus so I always have on to clear.

Is it normal not to get a confirmation email when I opt in for
Mon and Thu double vip points?

Customer chat told me I could expect an email in a day, but
still nothing.

Id have no idea if i was getting double vip points or not.

I have a question on the wording on the Friday and Saturday promos. On Friday it says you get a $100 bonus to clear. On Saturday it says you get a $100 bonus to unlock. Are these different or are they basically saying you get a $100 bonus that you work off at 75 points/$1? I did last Saturday's but I don't see a bonus pending.
