How do I fix PT3? It seems RPM does not create a summary every now and then

i have flat lines all around my PT3 graph from missing summaries from RPM. Why is it sometimes these summaries are made and other times they are not? What can I do to fix this in the future and assure all summaries are created by RPM?

i think MTT summaries arent included but ST sngs are. i've had the same problem and i contacted both RPM and PT and they said that it isnt fixable or something. so for all MTT u will have to manuelly input them in.
